Pressurized Flow Centers

Pressurized Flow Centers, as the name implies, provide circulation for a closed-loop geothermal system held at a positive static pressure at all times. These are the most common geothermal flow centers on the market. They are designed to supply flow to a single heat pump or multiple heat pumps.  Pump sizing must be calculated based upon the flow requirement for the unit(s).

Why is a flow center needed? The flow center circulates fluid through the geothermal heat pump and into the ground loop where heat exchange takes place.
