Greg Beach
Co-Founder & CEOGreg is a passionate advocate and qualified resource within the geothermal industry. His interest in geothermal started when he married into a family of drillers and geothermal installers. Since 1992, Greg has worked as a ground loop installer, vice president of operations, and has become the co-founder, CEO, and visionary for Geo-Hydro Supply. He is a current member of the IGSHPA marketing committee and has served as the Vice-President of the supplier's division on the NGWA board of directors. Greg brings a creative, visual mind to every project and every order, and a relatable presence to every customer interaction. He specializes in designing geothermal ground loops and helping customers select the right pumps for the job.
Family is a huge part of Greg’s life and his company. He has the privilege of working alongside his wife Elaine, his daughters Lydia and Hannah, and their other 2 daughters who have pitched in along the way. He also is an active member of his church. Greg’s creative mind extends well beyond geothermal as he enjoys fixing broken things that people would typically throw away, expanding his ever growing Lego collection, woodworking, and even building the 2-story shop at home where he does projects.

Office ManagerMegan is the friendly face you see when you first walk into Geo-Hydro Supply and is here to help with whatever you need (unless it involves a forklift). She is the "glue" of the company and makes sure that everyone and everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
With associate degrees in applied business and office technology along with genuine devotion to service, Megan is an incredibly valuable member of our team. Outside of the office, Megan is an 8th-grade volleyball coach, an avid gym rat, and a sports junkie. If there is a game to attend, she will most definitely be there.
Hannah Beach
Sales & Inventory ManagerHannah has practically grown up in the geothermal industry. She officially joined the family business in 2021 after graduating from college with a bachelor’s degree in history. Since then, she has worn many hats as the company has grown and developed. Hannah’s willingness to learn and her kind demeanor not only make her a key part of our company, but also an incredible person for customers to communicate with.
When she is not at her desk, you can find her working with her hands or wandering around aimlessly trying to find where she laid something down. Outside of work, Hannah is an avid puzzler and participator and director of local theater productions.
Elaine Beach
Accounting & Human ResourcesElaine is the daughter of a longtime driller and geothermal installer. With over 35 years around the industry, she hardly remembers a time when she wasn’t involved in some way. She and her husband, Greg, are the backbone of the company and have built Geo-Hydro Supply from the ground up.
Although she received a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Elaine keeps the company running, bringing a kind presence to the office and an organized mind to the accounting. She and Greg have four daughters for whom they’ve attended many soccer games and theater productions. On her days off, you can often catch Elaine doing paint-by-numbers, watching British mystery shows, or hunting down items for her eBay resale store.
Galen Beachy
Customer & Technical SupportWith 30+ years of experience in the geothermal industry as an installer, system designer, innovator, and leader, Galen is incredibly valuable to Geo-Hydro Supply. He was a large part of a company that paved the way for industry standards as they pushed for growth and innovation. He is passionate about geothermal and even came out of retirement to serve as our company’s “jack of all trades.”
Whether it’s an on-the-job question, parts that need delivered, an expert opinion, or a good laugh, Galen is your guy. Out of the office, Galen and his wife, Winnie have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. If he’s not supporting his grandkids at ball games, he’s probably out golfing or bowling. A fun fact about Galen is that he has bowled in the United States Bowling Congress national tournament for 40 years.
Lydia Flood
Graphic DesignerAfter years of contributing her talents as a freelance graphic designer for the company, Lydia officially joined the family business part-time in 2025. With a degree in graphic design and experience in branding, catalog design, and advertising, she has played a key role in shaping the visual identity of Geo-Hydro Supply. Lydia's creative eye and background in social media management continue to push the company towards a stronger and more engaging online presence.
Outside of work, you can find Lydia and her husband Josh outside with their two dogs gardening and turning their home into a homestead. She enjoys cooking, baking, thrifting, and running her eBay resale business.
Charlotte Brown (Charlie)
Senior Director of First ImpressionsCharlie consistently holds the “employee of the month” title. When she is not demanding the attention of the entire staff, she can be found doing her morning zoomies around the lobby or taking one of many naps under someone's desk.
She oversees the greeting of each and every customer making sure they are welcomed with a lick and the presentation of her favorite toy. In her free time, she is a professional vegetable eater and enjoys sitting in her front yard, people-watching, and taking in the day.
Riley Miller
Director of Puplick RelationsRiley is a friendly little guy who loves to meet new people and other furry friends. Throughout the workday, he’s often found sitting on someone’s lap, comforting anyone who is stressed, and giving out a few licks here & there to unsuspecting guests.
Riley’s biggest passion includes playing with his ball (and Charlie, of course). In his free time, Riley loves to go on walks with his family, listen to music, and eat ice cream, pup cups, and peanut butter.
