If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Geo-Hydro Supply, Ltd., 201 Factory Street SE Sugarcreek, OH 44681.
- Goods or Products refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Geo-Hydro Supply, accessible from https://www.geohydrosupply.com
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order without reason is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
Ordered the Wrong Products
If you Ordered the Wrong Product or no longer want a Product you ordered, you may return your Goods up to 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods. The Goods must be returned in their original packaging and meet the Conditions for Returns outlined below. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned Goods may be subject to a restocking fee. Please see Restocking Fees section below for details. You are responsible for return shipping charges. See Returning Goods section below.
Received Defective Products
Occasionally, a Products or Goods arrive Defective. We must be notified of the Defective Goods within 30 days from the date you received the Goods. DO NOT THROW AWAY OR DESTROY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR GOODS. Please refer to the Return Authorizations section below for information about contacting us and receiving a Return Authorization for the Defective Goods. We may choose to replace the Defective Goods or provide replacement parts for the Defective Good. We will pay shipping charges for all replacement Goods or replacement parts. You have the right to return the Defective Goods for a full refund, including applicable shipping charges.
Received Damaged Products
If you receive Damaged Products or Goods, you must notify us within 5 business days from the date you received the Goods. It is your responsibility to inspect packages delivered and when damage is encountered, provide color images of the damaged packaging and damaged Goods. If a box appears damaged upon receipt, we recommend taking multiple pictures from different angles of the package before opening. When Product damage is found, we require multiple images from different angles of the damaged Product, clearly showing the damage. Please contact us through one of the forms below in the Contact Us section to arrange delivery of your images. Our shipments are insured by shipping carriers who require proof of damage to successfully process damage claims and receive reimbursements.
Damaged goods will be replaced or repair parts will be provided at no expense to you. However, an additional invoice may be created for inventory tracking purposes and is not to be paid unless damaged products are not properly documented or returned. We will pay applicable shipping charges for replacement Goods or replacement parts.
At times, damaged Goods must be returned to us. Please retain in your possession damaged Products or Goods for a period of at least 30 days from date of initial reporting. If applicable, one of our agents will provide instructions for returning the damaged Products or Goods.
Received Incorrect Products
It is rare that we send the wrong Product or Good, as we thoroughly check every order, but from time to time, mistakes are made. If you receive an Incorrect Product or Good, you must notify us within 5 business days from the date you received the Goods. Please refer to the Return Authorizations section below for information about returning the incorrect Product and obtaining the correct replacement Product. We will ship the correct replacement product at our earliest convenience. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product and provide a return label for returning the incorrect product to us.
Return Authorizations
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation or to return Goods due to Ordering the Wrong Products, Receiving Defective Product(s), Receiving Damaged Product(s), or Receiving Incorrect Product(s), You must inform Us of your decision to return the Goods by means of a clear statement of intent. No returned Goods will be refunded without prior authorization by Us. A Return Authorization Number will be given to You and must be included inside the packaging with the returned Goods and clearly displayed on the outside of the return packaging.
Restocking Fees
All returned items are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Non-stock or special order items are subject to restocking fees of the product manufacturer, which may be greater. Some conditions may apply where restocking fees are waived. Speak with a customer service agent prior to your return.
Reimbursements
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We do not refund shipping costs. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The Goods were not used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular stock Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods special ordered for you cannot be refunded. Goods marked “Specials”, “Discounts”, “Closeout”, “Discontinued” or similarly marked are also not eligible for refund. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective or damaged.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
