Geothermal U-Bend Loop Assembly Cart

Specially designed geothermal pipe cart for fabricating U-Bend Loops on the job site. Build your own custom loop lengths. This cart is ideal for the vertical or horizontal directional bore contractor. Don't be limited by the pre-manufactured U-bend coils available for purchase. Simply install two bulk coils of pipe on the fully adjustable cart, heat-weld your u-bends or u-bend elbows to each coil, pull pipe out to desired length, and cut off. Repeat over and over and save money.

• Two 16" standard pneumatic wheel barrow tires for rough terrain
• Large tray for holding fittings and tools
• Spring-loaded resistance blocks to prevent pipe backlash
• Fully adjustable to fit almost any pipe diameter and width
• Coils up to 3/4" x 800 ft. or 1" x 500 ft.
• Support leg has three height adjustments
• Approximately 125 lbs.
• Assembled dimensions approx 30" W x 50" H x 84" L
