Geothermal Loop Pipe Assembly Cart

Specially designed geothermal pipe cart for assembling U-Bend Loops on the job site. This cart is perfect for the vertical or horizontal directional bore contractor. Make up your own custom loop lengths. Don't be limited by the pre-manufactured U-bend coils available for purchase. Simply install two bulk coils of pipe on the fully adjustable cart, heat-weld your u-bends or u-bend elbows to each coil, pull pipe out to desired length, and cut off. Repeat over and over and save money.

• Spring-loaded resistance blocks to prevent pipe backlash
• Fully adjustable to fit almost any pipe diameter and width
• Designed specifically for 3/4" HDPE tubing coils
• Will hold coils up to 3/4" x 800 ft. or 1" x 500 ft.
• Support leg has three height adjustments
