REFURBISHED - Geothermal U-Bend Loop Assembly Cart

This is a REFURBISHED pipe cart. All wear components were replaced. New bolts and pins provided. Adjustible brackets on reels were re-fabricated and replaced. New adjustible height leg was fabricated. New axle was installed. New 16" pneumatic wheels. Entire cart was sandblasted and powder coated. This cart is "like new" for a deeply discounted price.

Specially designed geothermal pipe cart for fabricating U-Bend Loops on the job site. Build your own custom loop lengths. This cart is ideal for the vertical or horizontal directional bore contractor. Don't be limited by the pre-manufactured U-bend coils available for purchase. Simply install two bulk coils of pipe on the fully adjustable cart, heat-weld your u-bends or u-bend elbows to each coil, pull pipe out to desired length, and cut off. Repeat over and over and save money.

• Spring-loaded resistance blocks to prevent pipe backlash

• Coils up to 3/4" x 800 ft. or 1" x 500 ft.
• Support leg has three height adjustments
